The Fearful Dreamer

And the dreamer sleeps,
With tears and fear in her heart
Silence fills her world.

Forgetting sadness.
Forgetting pain and weakness,
As the night deepens.

Midnight came so fast
She lay with a trembling pain.
Will sleep come again?

She sees shadows round,
Ghosts rush with the wind abound,
Oh Endless nightmare.

The sun then rise slow.
Brightens the sky and her world.
Dreamer fears no more.

Faith and a Princess

Ahoy there! These two pages were my entries for the MWL DT Call, but I wasn't able to submit them in the store, hence, I got DQ. Anyway, I am enjoying the Sunday with Swits, Spidey my Mom and Sis eating banana cakes... I am also working on my mini journal (not a project) my mini journal where I sketch my lay outs and some designs... I hope I have some time this week to create some good stuff!

Don't I wish I can draw???

I used some sizzix die cut flowers as stamp, some fancy pants rub-ons. The cool stuff.

What am I up to lately?

Yeah, yeah, it's been a while!

Whew, no pages as promised, no new projects what's goin' on Darelam? Well to answer that, I have been very busy with a lot of things, one in particular is day dreaming... hehe, just kidding, the past couple of months have been like a whirl wind... zoomed in and zoomed out. I have been completing some pages and some projects for a couple of friends, (one getting married) the other one is just a spoiled brat wanting some handmade from moi.

But, I have on very important goal, I hope not to miss, and that is the Made With Love Design Team call. Yep, I had the guts to sign up!

But geeesh the deadline's on the 23rd... can I make it to deadline?

Let's wait and see!

A Pause

I have been addicted... I admit it, I am.
And now it's time to pause.
Time to stop. For a while? Or longer? Who knows.
I pray for strength... to resist, to refrain.
But will I ever lay a finger, at least a finger again?
On my passion... on my craft.
But it's time for a pause. For a year? A month? A minute?
It's time... cos' my wallet's sick.
